About the event
We are delighted to offer our new FREE ONLINE Mobilates Classes to members.
With thanks to our volunteer fundraisers, we can offer these classes for free to SEDSConnective members. Thank you!
The classes are for approx. 30mins but with additional time for relaxation and chat if you wish.
You will be sent an online form to register for the sessions and you will need to complete a health form as well. If you need any support please contact mpr@sedsconnective.org or execassistant@sedsconnective.org
