Seated Mobilates - Online

We are delighted to offer our new FREE ONLINE Mobilates Classes to members. 

With thanks to our volunteer fundraisers, we can offer these classes for free to SEDSConnective members. Thank you! 

The classes are for approx. 30mins but with additional time for relaxation and chat if you wish. 

If you are unable to take part on a particular day, you are welcome to drop in online and watch or chat instead. There is no pressure to be there every week.
